913.02 REVIEW OF APPLICATION.

Upon the application of any person, firm, corporation or other who desires to install any utility or infrastructure with any public right of way within the Village of LaGrange, the Village Administrator shall review said application and shall forward all application material to the Village Engineer and Solicitor for their review and approval. The Village may require and the applicant shall agree to relocate its facility as determined by the Village Engineer.
