725.03 TOPICS OF NEGOTIATION.
   A franchise agreement shall be non-exclusive and shall be negotiated on a case by case basis and may address in detail any of the following topics among others, negotiated to suit the unique circumstances:
   (a)   Construction and installation of cable equipment and facilities;
   (b)   Maintenance and service calls;
   (c)   System design and configuration;
   (d)   Services and programming;
   (e)   Rates and charges;
   (f)   Franchise fees;
   (g)   Insurance, bonds and indemnification;
   (h)   Financing;
   (i)   Access;
   (j)   Performance standards;
   (k)   Customer service and billing standards;
   (l)   Termination of franchise;
   (m)   Report to the Village.
