720.09 OPENINGS; ENTRIES; WINDOWS.

All buildings, openings, entries, windows, etc., for sexually oriented businesses shall be located, covered or serviced in such a manner as to prevent any possibility of viewing the interior or audio impact from any public or adjacent privately-owned areas, sidewalk or street.
