720.06 PHYSICAL CONTACT PROHIBITED.

No employee or performer shall intentionally touch a patron or customer or the clothing of a patron or customer while displaying specified anatomical areas or performing specified sexual activities. (Ord. 2004-2050. Passed 9-23-04.)
