720.04 SEPARATION OF EMPLOYEES.
   No person shall knowingly or intentionally display specified anatomical areas or depict specified sexual activities in a sexually oriented business unless the person is an employee who:
   (a)   Shall be at least six (6) feet from any patron or customer.
   (b)   On a stage elevated at least two feet from the floor level.
   (c)   Separated from the area in which patrons may be located by a barrier or railing the top of which is at least four (4) feet above the floor level.
   (d)   No engaging in such live performance or patron may extend any part of his or her body over or beyond the barrier or railing.
   (e)   This requirement shall be noted in a sign affixed to the state, barrier or railing in such a manner to be easily visible and legible to patrons.
