(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each sale or attempted sale in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, the Mayor in his discretion, may also revoke any license issued under the provisions of this chapter.
