505.13 KEEPING SWINE RESTRICTED.

(a) No person, firm, corporation or association shall house, pasture, pen or keep swine of any kind in the Municipality, at any place within 300 feet of any inhabited dwelling occupied by any person, other than the owner of such swine.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
