(a) The license fee for the registration and tag or imprint shall be twenty-five cents (25¢) for each bicycle and shall be paid to the Police Department.
(b) The owner shall be issued a receipt and a registration card upon payment of fee and registration of the bicycle. (Ord. 340. Passed 6-13-74.)
