(a) The designated area in the Village of LaGrange restricting skateboard and bicycle riding on the sidewalk would be bounded at the crosswalks at West Main, South Center, East Main and North Center on Public Square. Signs must be posted at each location stating “No Skateboard and Bicycle riding on the sidewalks in the business square area.”
(b) Anyone in violation of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. Subsequent offenses may result in impounding the bicycle or skateboard for a period not to exceed thirty days.
