(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 303.99 for general Traffic Code penalty and penalties applicable to misdemeanor classifications.)
(a) Removal of Unauthorized Vehicles. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.01 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(b) Owner Prima-Facie Liable. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.02 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(c) Prohibited Parking or Standing Places. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.03 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(d) Parallel Parking. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.04 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(e) Handicapped Parking. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.05, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and will be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(t) Angle Parking. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.06 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(g) Vehicle Upon Roadway. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.07 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(h) Unattended Vehicle. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.08 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(i) Opening Vehicle Door. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.09 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(j) Parking in Truck Zone. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.10 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(k) Bus Stops and Taxicab Stands. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.11 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(1) Narrow Streets and Alleys. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.12 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(m) Streets and Highways. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.13 shall be subject to a fine of Seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(n) Vehicles Exceeding Five Tons. Whoever violates any provision of Section 351.14 shall be subject to a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
