339.12 JAKE BRAKES PROHIBITED.
   (a)   The use of engine brakes, (also known as “Jake Brakes”) within the Village of LaGrange shall be and is hereby declared to be prohibited.
   (b)   Whoever violates this Section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
