171.01 DEPUTY CLERKS ESTABLISHED.

There are hereby established the positions of Deputy Clerks of the Mayor's Court. The Deputy Clerks shall be appointed by the Mayor, be responsible to him and serve at his pleasure. The Deputy Clerks shall be required to furnish any bond in the amount determined by law and by the Mayor. (Ord. 509. Passed 3-26-81.)
