(a) Employees shall be entitled to three (3) bereavement days in the event of the death of any immediate family member. The term "immediate family member" shall mean the employee's spouse, child, parent, mother-in-law, and father-in-law. An employee shall be entitled to two (2) bereavement days in the event of the death of a family member. The term" family member" shall mean the employee's brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and grandparent.
