There is hereby established an administrative fee schedule associated with site plan reviews, applications for flood plain development permits, minor subdivisions, zoning certificates of occupancy, zoning permits, zoning variances and for the issuance of conditional use permits as follows:
(a) Residential Subdivision - Single Family Dwelling and/or Two-Family Dwelling:
Pre-application/conceptual Plan Review $200.00
Preliminary Plan Review $200.00
Final Plat and Detailed Construction Plan
review (per phase) $800 plus $50.00
per phase
(b) Multi-Family Residential Development:
Pre-application/conceptual plan review $200.00
Preliminary Plan Review $300.00
Final Plat and Detailed Construction Plan
review (per phase) $500.00 plus $25.00
per phase.
(c) New Construction-Commercial, Business/Professional, Industrial and Institutional:
Pre-application/conceptual Plan Review $200.00
Preliminary Plan and Final Plan Review $700.00
(d) Remodeling, Additions and Alterations of Commercial, Business/Professional, Industrial and Institutional:
Pre-application/conceptual Plan Review $200.00
Preliminary Plan and Final Plan Review $700.00
(e) Minor Subdivision Review: $75.00 per lot

(f) Application for Permit for Flood Plain
Development: $300.00
The applicant shall be charged actual costs incurred by the Village for inspection, testing and engineering that are in excess of the minimum fees set forth above. The minimum fees set forth above shall be paid at the time of application. Amounts in excess of the minimum shall be paid prior to final approval.
