148.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a) The Zoning Inspector shall issue zoning permits as required provided the applicant meets all requirements as set out in the Zoning Ordinance. He shall further enforce all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.

(b) The Zoning Inspector with the aid of the Police Department, shall enforce the Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the administrative provisions of the Building Code and Zoning Code. (Ord. 565. Passed 4-14-83.)
