(a) Users holding certain events to which the public is invited will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance in a form acceptable to the Village naming the Village of LaGrange as an additional insured. The Certificate of Insurance must accompany the application. The insurance provided shall be General Liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. The policy shall stipulate that the insurance will operate as primary insurance and that no insurance of the Village will be called upon to contribute to a loss arising out of or resulting from the use of the facility.
(b) All Users shall agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Village and its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action, suits, proceedings, or demands ("Claims") that may relate to or arise from the use of the Facility Spaces and the event.
(c) Users are responsible for all trash removal, including securing additional receptacles as needed from the Village Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of all or part of the damage deposit.
