917.20 WAIVER.

It is within the reasonable discretion of the Village Administrator to waive any portion or portions of this Chapter, as permitted or warranted under state and federal law, where such requirements, in the Village Administrator's judgment, are not necessary or appropriate to protect the Village's interests and the purposes and intent of this Chapter.
