143.05 DISSOLUTION.

(a) The joint recreation board may be dissolved by either of the subdivisions to this agreement, upon one year written notice to the other subdivision.

(b) Upon said notice, unless previously specified, obligations incurred and assets obtained by the joint recreation board shall be equally divided by the two subdivisions.
