141.08 OVERTIME.

The position of Village Administrator shall be exempt from the overtime and compensatory time provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, pursuant to 29 U.S.C. Section 541.119. (Ord. 00-1023. Passed 3-23-00.)
