If a Facilities Operator must construct, reconstruct, alter, repair, remove or replace any culvert, sidewalk or driveway in any public street or road Right-of-Way, then the Facilities Operator shall obtain the required permit pursuant Chapter 913 of the Codified Ordinances. The Right-of-Way shall be restored as near as possible to the condition it was in prior to such
reconstruction, alteration, removal or replacement.
