(a) The Village will issue Access Permits for Water Taps and/or Sanitary Sewer Taps.
(b) Connections to the Village Waterlines and/or Sanitary Sewer Lines is not permitted until the Access Permit is issued and approved by the Village Administrator or a designated employee. (Ord. 912. Passed 7-11-96.)
(c) The Village will issue Access Permits for mainline Water connections and/or mainline Sanitary Sewer connections.
(d) Connections to Village Waterlines and/or Sanitary Sewer Lines is not permitted until the Access Permit is issued and approved by the Village Administrator or a designated employee.
(e) The Contractor/Developer must have the Access Permit in his possession before construction of the Waterlines and/or Sanitary Sewer Lines is started.
