141.03 BOARD OF TRUSTEES ABOLISHED.

After the effective date of this chapter, the appointment of the Village Administrator by the Mayor, and confirmation by the Council, the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs and the position of Street Commissioner shall be abolished.
