(a) The fee for each application is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and is nonrefundable. Beginning in August of 2023 and every five years thereafter, the fee for each application shall increase automatically by ten percent (10%) of the application fee for the preceding five (5) year period rounded to the nearest five (5) dollars.
(b) An Application shall not be reviewed for completeness unless the application fee has been paid.
(c) If Applications are consolidated, then the fee shall be the sum resulting from the fee set forth in subsection (a) multiplied by the total number of Facilities or Wireless Support Structures included in the consolidated Application.
