133.01 ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   Effective on January 1, 2008, the office of Village Fiscal Officer is hereby established.
   (b)   Effective January 1, 2008, the elected office of the Village Clerk and the office of the Village Treasurer are hereby abolished.
   EDITOR’S NOTE: Wherever the term “Clerk-Treasurer” appears throughout the Codified Ordinances it shall mean “Fiscal Officer”.
