Regular meetings of Council shall be on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. or at such other hour as Council shall direct. Council may vote to dispense with a meeting if holiday scheduling or quorum conflicts exist. A meeting may be rescheduled by a majority vote of Council. Any time there is a change in a meeting date, time or place, the Clerk-Treasurer shall cause public notice to be posted.
