(a) Title. This chapter shall be known as the “Village of LaGrange Water Supply Code.”
(b) Purpose and Objectives. This chapter restricts the use or installation of any private potable water supply well within the incorporated limits of the Village of LaGrange where a municipal water supply line is available to the Village water supply system to assure that all connections are in accordance with requirements of all applicable rules and regulations.
(c) No owner, lessee or occupant of any premises that is served by a connection to the Village water supply system shall refuse entry by the Village Administrator or his designee or otherwise impede the inspections authorized under this chapter.
