(a) Any fence erected for agricultural purposes shall be exempt from the regulations of this chapter.
(b) In order for the exemption to apply, the primary use of the entire property parcel must be agricultural.
(c) Any fence erected around the dwelling on agricultural property shall, however, be subject to the regulations contained in this chapter. (Ord. 580. Passed 2-9-84.)
