(a) Any person, firm or corporation intending to install or construct a fence within the corporate limits of the Village shall first obtain a fence permit from the Building Inspector.
(b) The Building Inspector shall issue the permit after the applicant has submitted information or plans showing that the fence to be constructed is within the qualifications set by this chapter and upon payment of ten dollars ($10.00) permit fee. (Ord. 580. Passed 2-9-84.)
