In the event the owner or occupant of a Premises fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any notice of the Building Enforcement Official and does not appeal such order in accordance with the provisions of Section 1313.10
below, the Building Enforcement Official shall cause the Premises to be vacated, and may cause the same to be repaired or demolished. In cases where the Building Enforcement Official deems that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of any person, the Building Enforcement Official shall cause the immediate vacation and repair or demolition of the dangerous or unfit building.
