(a) Upon receipt of a properly completed application forms, the Village of LaGrange shall register the applicant in a journal kept for that purpose, and shall issue to the registrant a Certificate of Registration valid only for the current calendar year. The registration shall expire on December 31 of each year and may be renewed from year to year.
(b) Contractors registered pursuant to this section shall warrant or be presumed to have warranted that all work performed and all materials to be supplied by contract are in compliance with all applicable ordinances of the Village. (Ord. 99-1008. Passed 11-18-99.)
