1312.04 INSURANCE.

Each application for Certification of Registration and/or License shall furnish evidence of insurance for bodily injury in the amount of at least one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) and for property damages in the amount of at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
