(a) The registration/license shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid at the time of original issuance. A renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid at time of renewal during each succeeding calendar year provided registration/license has been in force during preceding calendar year.
(b) If registration/license has lapsed for more than one calendar year, the fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid. (Ord. 99-1008. Passed 11-18-99.)
