(a) Applicants for registration/license shall make application for registration and/or license on a form provided by the Village of LaGrange.
(b) If the application is for a firm, partnership, corporation or other business association, the application shall contain the names and addresses of all members or officers, as the case may be. The application shall also contain such other relevant information as the Village of LaGrange deems necessary. (Ord. 99-1008. Passed 11-18-99.)
