1311.03 BUILDING ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL.

(a) There is hereby created the office of the LaGrange Building Enforcement Official whose responsibilities shall be the enforcement of Chapter 1313 .

(b) The Building Enforcement Official shall serve for such a term and under such conditions as shall be determined by Council.
