1306.01 ADOPTION.

In order to regulate the erection, construction, repair, alterations and maintenance of residential dwellings within the Village of LaGrange, the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings as adopted by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards shall apply and be enforced within the Village.
