930.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00), a maximum of thirty days in jail or both. Each day that a violation shall continue shall be deemed to be a separate violation.
