929.13 TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR OF SEWERAGE DISPOSAL PLANT.

The position of Technical Supervisor of the Sewerage Disposal Plant is hereby created. His duty shall be to supervise and manage the operation of the plant and to make necessary reports to the Department of Health of the State of Ohio and other persons or agencies.
