929.11 FORBIDDEN DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS.

No owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any lot or land located within the Municipality shall discharge into the sanitary sewers of the Municipality any roof water, surface or subsoil drainage or other clean waste water, nor discharge into the storm sewers or drains of the Municipality any sanitary sewage or industrial wastes.
