Each sewer charge levied pursuant to this chapter is hereby made a lien upon the premises charged therewith and if the charge is not paid within sixty days after it becomes due, it shall be certified to the Auditor of Lorain County, who shall place the same on the tax duplicate with the interest and penalties allowed by law. Such charges shall be collected as other Municipal taxes are collected. The Municipality shall also have the right, in event of nonpayment to discontinue service to such premises until the unpaid sewer charges have been fully paid. (Ord. 297. Passed 11-22- 65.)
