929.05 WATER AND SEWER CHARGES COMBINED.

Any person, firm or corporation which is billed sewer charges pursuant to this chapter is hereby required to pay the aggregate amount of the charges for water consumption and such sewer charges. Payment for one shall not be accepted without the other.
