Sewer charges shall be billed near the first day of each month and be payable upon receipt. After the seventeenth day of the month, a penalty of ten percent (10%) shall be assessed on the unpaid portion of the current charges and added to the amount due. Said penalty shall appear on the statement for the following month. Should the bill remain unpaid for a period of thirty days from the date of billing, such wastewater service shall be discontinued and shall be resumed only upon payment of all fees due. If the bill remains unpaid for a period of sixty (60) days from the billing date, it shall be certified to the County Auditor and collected at the same time and in the same manner as all other taxes.
