921.11 ACCESS TO METERS.

(a) The placement of meters will be in an easily accessible location as determined by the Water Superintendent or his authorized representative.

(b) The plumbing must be so arranged that the meter can be set in place without disturbing any of the water piping.

(c) It is the responsibility and expense of the property owner to prepare the area for the placement of meters.

(d) The property owner must allow access, in a timely manner, to the water meter by any authorized employee of the Water Department.
