The water supplied to the residents by the Village Administrator shall be fluoridated at a minimum concentration of eight-tenths milligrams of fluoride per liter of water (0.8mg/l), a maximum of one and three-tenths milligrams of fluoride per liter of water (1.3mg/l), and an optimum concentration of one milligram of fluoride per liter of water (1.0mg/l).
