921.07 OWNER AND LESSEE JOINTLY LIABLE.

The owner of private property which is served by the waterworks system shall as well as the lessee of the premises, be liable to the Municipality for all water from the system used upon the premises. (Ord. 189. Passed 7-7-55.)
