(a) The following rates, payable monthly, shall be charged for the supply of water with the Village of LaGrange:

(b) The foregoing charges are minimum, not maximum charges and the Municipality reserves the right and is obligated to increase such charges at any time should the revenues of the waterworks system prove insufficient to pay operating and maintenance expenses and the debt service charges of the bonds issued to construct the system. In addition to the above rates, the Municipality shall pay to the waterworks system a fire hydrant rental in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per annum. (Ord. 2004-2031. Passed 1-22-04.)
(c) The minimum amount to be charged for the use of water shall be twenty-two dollars and one cent ($22.01) per month.
