(A) Any person allowing a pet under his or her control to run at large is in violation of this chapter. Any person failing to prevent a pet from committing a public nuisance as mentioned in § 91.09 is in violation of this chapter, and subject to administrative fines.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(C) The city designates the County Sheriff’s Department as an enforcing agent along with the city and/or its staff and representatives.
