§ 53.12 RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Any person making unauthorized connection with or use of the sanitary sewer system shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   No septic system hauler or similar organization will be allowed to dump into the city sewer system.
   (C)   Due to the design of the sewer plant, the city cannot allow such dumping.
