§ 53.10 SURETY BOND.

No application for connection with the sewer system shall be approved unless accompanied by a satisfactory surety bond conditioned upon the satisfactory performance of the work and the saving of the city harmless from all injuries to property or persons occasioned by such work and from all claims for labor or material and otherwise as required by law.
