(A) The city shall own the sewer lines up to the curb line. In the event that there is no curb on the property, the city shall own the sewer line up to the edge of the dedicated curb line, or edge of the dedicated street.
(B) Initial installation shall be totally the expense of the installer. Thereafter, the city shall own the lines as covered in division (A) above.
(C) The excavation will remain open until inspected and approved by an inspector designated by the city.
