§ 31.34 CITY ATTORNEY AND OTHER CITY OFFICERS TO COOPERATE WITH AND ASSIST COMMISSION.
   (A)   The City Attorney shall act as Attorney for the City Ambulance Service Commission and shall advise the Commission as to matters of law.
   (B)   The City Clerk, and other officers of the city, shall render aid and furnish information to the Commission as may be required and requested to facilitate performance of its duties.
